Just love Quilling

It was not aware of quilling until recently. It looked pretty doable.

I did not get the quilling strips. I created one on my one by cutting A4 sheets into equal sized strips. To save time you can get quilling strips which is available in almost all craft shops.

The materials used in this project are

  1. Old cardboard box
  2. Blue tissue paper
  3. A4 sheets cut into equal sized quilling strips
  4. Silver streamers for bordering
  5. Glue (lots n lots :))
  6. Toothpick or a bamboo skewer
Cut out the cardboard into the shape u desire. Cover it with a tissue paper of your choice. I had my cardboard covered with white sheet before wrapping it up with blue tissue.

It is time for your creativity once you are done with your base. Roll the quilling strips with the help of a toothpick or a skewer, apply glue on one side of the roll and stick it just like that on the tissue. You will get carried away once you start. But it is a messy project with glue and stuff.. So be sure to use a newspaper underneath.

Enjoy quilling :)))
